enchanting landscapes that enhance the beauty of the estate
the nature
The Estate is made up of five hundred olive trees, forty rows of vines, one hectare of vegetable garden, a rose garden, an orchard, one hundred other different tree and flower species, thirty hectares planted with “Senatore Cappelli” wheat, from which we obtain organic flour and pasta with an ancient and refined flavour, twenty hectares of arable land for hay, alfalfa and medicinal plants, a river, three streams, two ponds, a natural spring, architecture and irrigation systems of Roman origin, and then horses, sheep, chickens, geese, dogs, cats, doves and rabbits, all together, in freedom, within ten fenced hectares. It is not uncommon to encounter, within the estate, porcupines, badgers, foxes, ducks, buzzards, herons, pheasants and, in summer, the nocturnal encounter, always magical, with fireflies.
